Please read the full text below for important information regarding our upcoming shut down period.
Canberra Heart Rhythm would like to advise you we will have a shut down period over the holidays, from Saturday the 18th of December 2021 to Monday the 3rd of January 2022. We will be back to normal operations as of Tuesday the 4th of January 2022 at 9AM.
If you have an implanted cardiac device currently on our home monitoring, you will continue to be monitored during this period. However, you will only be contacted for urgent alerts. There may be delays in receiving notification of your alert unless the alert is life threatening.
Our nurse and device helplines will be closed during this period. All other practice phones and emails will not be monitored during this period. If you need any medical advice, please consult your GP or call 000 if it is an emergency.
