Meet Joanne! Joanne joined the Canberra Heart Rhythm team in August of 2021 as part of the reception team. Joanne joined the team to gain a deeper understanding of the medical field and patient care. Receiving her diploma in Paramedical Science in late 2023, Joanne wishes to become a paramedic or nurse in the future.

Joanne is responsible for our new patient care, patient letters, and working to improve the patient experience in the clinic. Joanne looks to make sure all patients are looked after. In her spare time Joanne plays for the Kambah - Burns Club Soccer team and volunteers as a medic at events.
